What is the NTCAC Plan to Protect ?
It is a mechanism for abuse prevention and protection, operating at the North Toronto Chinese Alliance Church (NTCAC) to serve vulnerable sectors.
Our Commitment
The North Toronto Chinese Alliance Church is fully committed to providing parents, their children, elderly and all children/youth/elderly ministries workers a safe environment. NTCAC recognizes its spiritual, moral and legal obligation to provide a secure environment for the vulnerable sectors participating in church programs under the auspices and authority of the church.
What are vulnerable sectors

- Youth (aged 17 and under)
- Elderly individuals
- People with disabilities
